All political power is inherent in the people. There’s no doubt about that.
When the people of Texas want something and express their wants, they get it. What happens when people don’t exercise their power? Well, we get what the current state of the United States government is now.
On this week’s episode of Texas News, we talk all things TEXIT and the future of our independence. First, we start by giving updates on Greg Abbott’s special session drama, the promise of “property tax relief”, and how it all affects us going forward. Then, we shift gears to answer the big question everyone asks: “What happens post-TEXIT?”
Besides the partying and fireworks, what will happen right after TEXIT is passed is that a number of areas will need to be addressed. Those areas are Constitutional issues, Statutory issues, International treaties and agreements, and negotiated issues with the federal government. While these may sound mundane, they are vital to the success of a new and promising Texas nation, which is why we’re here to break it all down for you today.

Political power is inherent in the people and once there is a date for the TEXIT vote, there is no doubt that every aspect of TEXIT will enter the conversation and be debated before the said vote even takes place.
Now, we aren’t going to sit here and promise that a post-TEXIT world will be a “perfect utopia”, but we can give a list of what we’re starting with and that’s that Texas, as it stands, is the 9th largest economy in the world. Once TEXIT is passed, we will have the ability to write our own laws, we can create our own border policy, we even have the ability to end our $160 billion dollar annual overpayment and so much more.
The reality is, we will have a government that responds to your personal best interest, giving all Texans the ability to write their own destiny in a post-TEXIT world.
If we want this, who can stop us?
The truth of the matter is that nothing can happen until we take action:
First, we have our Resolution Revolution campaign, which is looking for volunteers that will work with elected leaders in all counties to pass a resolution calling for a vote on TEXIT. Click here to sign up or learn more.
Second, we have our TEXIT Petition, and with enough signatures, the TNM can force the TEXIT question on the primary ballots in March of 2024. If you haven’t signed the petition yet, or want to share it with friends and family, click here
Ultimately, what happens after TEXIT is whatever we want to happen. The world we create post-TEXIT is in our hands.
